MEERKAT FACTS

Meerkats are wonderful animals. They are the mongoose species, and the most sociable. At mating, the female will not accept the male until he grabs her by the neck! They have 2-4 babies and the life span is 10 years. (Poor meerkats!) They even have baby-sitters! When the parent is off hunting, (usually insects, and snakes and stuff like that) there is another adult looking after their young!

            Meerkats live in Southern Africa, and are about the size of a rabbit. They can warn off predators larger then them with their aggressive behavior, though! Even so, they are not endangered but their number has lowered because of erosion in their habitat, so that might change soon, if the erosion countinues. I want to go to Southern Africa someday and see these amazing animals in action, don’t you?

Hair style!

Hey this is a cool hairstyle that;s from this hairstyle book of mine. Here we go?
Ropebraid: you'll need: Hairbrush, and 2 elastics.
1. Brush dry hair back into a ponytail and secure with elastic.
2. Seperate the ponytail into two equal sections..
3. Tightly cross one section over the other section until you reach the end of your pony and secure with an elastic. That's it! Enjoy!

Horse facts

If you want take horse back riding, or even want to BUY a horse here are some responsibility tips: Horses can live between 20 and 35 years. It;ll need a "pasture or paddock for grazing and excersize." Also a barn for it to sleep and stay in. You want to have an hour and a half time to feeding it, grooming it, cleaning its hooves, excersizing, and cleaning the stable. It will need to be ridden often, and fed grain and hay, also you need to give it water twice a day at regular times. Vet visits twice a year, it'll need to go to the blacksmith too, so you'll take care of it's hooves. A horse needs a lot of care and it's expensive, but it can give you a lot of love.

Movie review: Gnomeo and Juliet

Based on the Shakespeare Tragedy, Romeo and Juliet, Walt Disney Pictures have gone together to create Gnomeo and Juliet. The reds hate the blues, and the blues hate the reds. It really is, a couple who broke up and they live right next to each other. One has a blue house and blue gnomes, and the other have the red house and red gnomes. Since the couple is against each other, the gnomes are against each other. Gnomeo and Juliet meet each other, and fall instantly in love. They don't realize they are enemies at first, though. With the help of a pink flamingo, they try to live with each other but a huge fight breaks out. What is gonna happen, and will the reds and blues finally end their truce? I RECOMMEND THIS

BOOK REVIEW

Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney.
Greg Heffley is just trying to survive his first year of middle school. Which is hard with a big huge journal that says DIARY on the cover. He told his mom SPECIFICALLY not to get one that said that. Read this book and you will laugh out loud! Stay tuned for more reviews of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series. Also, if you are a girl and like this series, I would recommend Dork Diaries by Rachel Renee Russel.

CUPCAKE RECIPE

Quick Cookie Cupcakes:
You will need: 1 package (about 16 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, (24 count) 1 cup chocolate frosting, and colored decors.
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 24 mini (1 3/4-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups.
2. Break dough into 24 pieces along score lines.. Roll each piece into a ball; place in prepared muffin cups. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown. Cool cupcakes in pans 5 min.; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
3. Spread frosting over each cupcake. Sprinkle with decors.

It really makes you think.
